Social Security Disability and Long-Term
Disability
Client Testimonials
I would like to express my deep appreciation
to Mr. Scott Davis and his wonderful staff for their
assistance with my Social Security Disability Claim. I know
that I would have been incapable of properly explaining the
effects of my disability on my own. With Mr. Davis and his
team’s expertise and guidance my claim was approved. I
sincerely thank you all.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent
job you did handling my Social Security Disability case. I had
been turned down by the Social Security Administration twice
and felt I had very little hope for a favorable outcome.
Seeing your advice column in the ImmuneSupport.com newsletter
was encouraging, and I contacted you.
As a Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia sufferer,
it was important for me to find someone who understood these
“invisible” illnesses. You not only understood, you patiently
explained what was happening with my case when the “brain fog”
made it difficult for me to understand. Your staff was equally
helpful and caring. I found them to be efficient and everyone
involved seemed determined to help me. Your hard work and
tenacity resulted in a fully favorable decision for me.
Mr. Davis, I truly appreciate the time and
effort you dedicated to my case, as well as the commitment of
your staff.
With my sincere thanks,
- S.S., Houston, Texas
In May 2001, I hired Mr. Davis to handle my Social Security
Disability Claim. I know I couldn’t have done this without Mr.
Davis and his staff. I have had fibromyalgia for 4 years and
had asthma all my life.
Every time I called his office, Rhonda, one
of Mr. Davis’ assistants was always very kind and very good at
her job. There was more than one occasion when it was
necessary for them to call Social Security on my behalf
because of what I would term harassment by my case worker.
My doctors told me that I was doing more harm
to myself by trying to continue working. I had been in
management with a major grocery chain for 25 years and it was
one of the hardest things I ever had to do when I agreed with
my doctors and family to stop working and putting my health
first. I had an opportunity to meet with Mr. Davis at U. C.
Davis hospital in Sacramento when he was speaking there one
night. There were many, many people in that conference room
that night but he made time to step away from the crowds to
speak with me quietly about my case.
From my first contact with Scott Davis’
office I was treated with respect and kindness. I was kept up
to date on the status of my case and because of their hard
work and diligence my case was settled fairly quickly. I was
able to concentrate on my health and they took care of every
thing else. I will always be in debt to them.

I am writing this letter as a testimonial to
the great service that I received from the law firm of Scott
E. Davis of Phoenix, Arizona. I retained his services in
November of 2000. I was granted Social Security Disability
Insurance in November 2001.
I have the sleep disorder Narcolepsy. My
disability has made it impossible for me to continue to work
full-time in my chosen profession. I have been a computer
programmer since 1985.
Mr. Davis’ belief in me and his expertise in
the law and guidelines of the Social Security Administration
played a major part in the decision that SSA made in granting
me my disability insurance claim.
What I found amazing was that Scott Davis and
his associate Rhonda Manning went that “extra mile” for me.
After we filed for the “Request for Hearing by Administrative
Law Judge”, the waiting period to find out when the hearing
would take place took many months. During this period, Mr.
Davis had many telephone conversations and e-mail messages
with me. He talked to my doctors, family, friends, previous
coworkers, and previous employers concerning my abilities as a
programmer/friend/mother before and after I was diagnosed as
narcoleptic.
He also requested the judge to grant an “on
the record decision” based on all the evidence he obtained.
The judge approved the claim the day before my scheduled
hearing date)... It was favorable! I did not have to appear in
court. I was very happy and relieved!
I would recommend Scott Davis to anyone who
needs a lawyer for Social Security Disability.
Sincerely Yours,

I want to take the opportunity to thank you
personally for all of you help. As you well know, your
professional advice won my fibromyalgia case on the first
review by SSA. I was skeptical at first, since your office was
out of state. But I was referred to you with high regard and
wanted the best in the field.
I appreciated the open communication with
your staff. They were awesome. You set a very effective road
map from the very beginning utilizing proper documentation.
Your early intervention, I feel really helped move my case
along. Also you took on the burden with calls to the SSA,
doctors and the like which enabled me to more concentrate on
getting well. Your willingness to assist me ongoing into the
future is very reassuring and comforting to me.
Again, thank you for all your help.

A note of appreciation needs to go out to all
that assisted us and contributed to our fully favorable
decision. In what seemed to be a never ending battle, your
team displayed persistence and initiative. Caring for my
disabled husband is very hard work. Not having to worry about
our Social Security battle was a great relief. Your staff was
ever vigilant and always kept us apprised of everything.
A special thanks to Rhonda! Thanks again for
everything,
- D.N., Chicago, IL
