Dear Mr. Davis, Sandy, Kimberly, et.al.:

I am so sorry it has taken me this long to thank each and every one of you at the Davis office. When I was notified that my disability claim was approved, I was in such shock that it took awhile for it all to sink in. I still don’t know exactly what expedited my case, but I am forever grateful. I have all of you to thank for your contribution in seeing this through to the Social Security Administration.

I would hug each one of you personally, would that be possible. I hope my expression of appreciation reinforces the fact that you are all making a real difference in peoples’ lives.
